For lunch today, I am having a Caesar salad. Caesar salads are not always as healthy as they sound. Caesar dressing can have more than 200 calories in a serving. I have a trick for making the dressing lighter. I like to mix 1 Tbsp light Caesar dressing with 2 tablespoons plain non-fat Greek yogurt. This reduces a lot of calories and gives my salad more flavor without adding gobs of dressing. The Greek yogurt also adds protein and calcium to my salad. I also added in : whole grain croutons, egg whites and chickpeas.
