Undressed Skeleton — PB2 Cookies!

PB2 Cookies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Packets Truvia

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. In a electric mixer combine: Pb2, flour, vanilla, and milk. 
  3. Mix for 2 minutes on medium. Slowly add in : baking powder, Truvia, and chia seeds. (If the dough is too runny, add more almond flour.)
  4. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.  Drop tablespoon sized cookies onto the sheet 1 inch apart. Press cookies down with a fork. 
  5. Bake 7-8 minutes, or until edges are lightly brown.
