Vegetable Shrimp Stew

Calories 170, Fat 3g, Fiber 9g, Carbs 19g, Protein 11 (1 1/2 Cup)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag mixed lentils
  • 1 Cup Diced Carrots
  • 4 Cups Spinach
  • 8 Cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Can Baby Shrimp Diced 
  • 1 Cup Golden Corn
  • 1 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 4 Red Potatoes
  • 1 Can Bean Sprouts
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (Don’t Drain)
  • 1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 Cup Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

Add all ingredients to a large pot (or crockpot) and heat on low for 5 hours.
