Genghis Grill!

Last night I went to the Genghis Grill! I had never had Mongolian before. This is hands down my favorite restaurant now! The waitress handed us a bowl that we took up to the food bar. There was so much to choose from. I chose shrimp, lentils, peppers, onions, green beans, sesame seeds, pineapple, carrots, broccoli and ginger citrus sauce and lemon pepper for my seasoning. Before you hand your bowl to the cook you can choose a starch, I decided to just stick to the veggies and shrimp so I didn’t feel overly stuffed with carbs. This was a very healthy meal and very convenient for people who are picky and want to control all the unhealthy ingredients thrown into foods. The stir fry is cooked on a grill with water instead of unhealthy oils! If you go to their website you can build your own bowl and it calculates the nutrition.

Mine came to

Since it was a buffet, of course I had to try something else, especially since my first dish came to 215 calories with out the starches.

My next try consisted of shrimp, ginger seasoning, carrots, 3gmix, broccoli, garlic water, bean sprouts, mongo peppers, green onions, pineapples, squash, zucchini, water chestnuts and roasted tomato sauce.
