Veggies Help You Stay Full!

Add as many vegetables to your meals as you wish! They are full of healthy benefits like fiber that help you control your appetite, keeping you full longer! They have minerals, antioxidants, and essential vitamins your body needs, especially when you are trying to lose weight and stay healthy. 

In the picture above I added all the vegetabes to two egg whites and one whole egg. I added one Tbsp of light syrup to give more flavor and 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil.
