Jello is such a perfect snack before meals, especially if it is the 5 calorie sugar free. It gives you a temporary full feeling but only for about 20 minutes! I usually eat a little before I start cooking so I don’t pick at food as I go and I’ll still be hungry enough to eat a meal.
