Light Dinner After Workout!

After my silly zumba work out I had a light dinner. I like to eat more calories during the day for energy instead of later in the night. I had steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, rice cakes, almonds, and shrimp. I forgot to add a picture but I had a 100 calorie ice cream sandwich for dessert!

For the Cauliflower and broccoli I steamed them in the microwave with a GLAD steam bag, then added a little salt and pepper.
