Undressed Skeleton — 1/2 Cup Quaker Oats 1 Cup Water 1/2 Tbsp...

  • 1/2 Cup Quaker Oats
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Small Banana sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Apples
  • 1 Packet Truvia
  • 6 Raw Almonds
  • 3 Crushed Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins 
Microwave all the ingredients together for 3 minutes! 

Today was such a rainy day and I was craving something warm and light for breakfast. I threw a bunch of ingredients together into my oatmeal and just hoped it would taste good, and it did! This was a perfect breakfast to keep my brain focused on my book and not my stomach :) The oatmeal is full of fiber and healthy nutrients.
