Chinese Broccoli Slaw

The other day I posted my lunch that had broccoli slaw in the container and here is the recipe! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Chow Mein Noodles
  • 3 Cups Broccoli
  • 5 Cups Broccoli Slaw
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Dates
  • 1/2 Cup Craisins
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Packets Truvia
  • 3 Tbsps Water

Directions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine water and truvia until truvia is dissolved.
  2. Combine broccoli, slaw, and water mixture. 
  3. When the broccoli mixture starts to dry add dates, craisins, seeds and chow mein noodles.

(Serves 4 )
