Candied Carrots

I know what you are thinking…”EW”,but don’t be quick to judge! This is actually one of my favorite foods. My grandma used to make it when I was a kid. It’s light and healthier than most snacks. I use 1 bag of shredded carrots and 2 boxes of jello. I like to use strawberry, cherry, or orange for the jello flavor. The carrots soak up the flavor of the jello and taste like candy! I’m also a huge fan of the texture. Every time someone gives me the “what the heck are you eating” look quickly change their expression to “shocked” after trying it.
