Tonight’s Dinner: Teriyaki Glazed Salmon, Watermelon, Pineapple, Peas and Corn!

I had quite a few carbs today for breakfast and lunch, which isn’t good considering I haven’t worked out the past couple days due to the flu. I didn’t want another carb overload for dinner tonight so I chose high fiber sides with little carbs. I made salmon with low sodium Teriyaki and a sprinkle of brown sugar, corn and peas mixed with 1 tbsp of olive oil, watermelon and pineapple. I love eating fruit before dinner to help with digesting and to help prevent overeating.
