Hawaiian Cod Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 3 Slices Pineapples In All Natural Pineapple Juice
  • 3oz Cod
  • 1/3 Cup Sweet Onion Strips
  • 1/3 Cup Green And Red Bell Pepper Strips
  • 3 Tbsp Low Sodium Lawry’s Hawaiian Marinade

Directions:

  1. Heat the grill to 500 (You can use oven, heat to 350)
  2. Lay tin foil onto grill and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Add fish, peppers, and marinated
  4. Fold the tin foils sides up to make it look like a bowl.
  5. Grill for 4-6 minutes. Make sure to keep stirring every couple minutes.

Makes One Serving: Calories 214, 1.5g Fat, 20g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 22g Protein
