Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Blended Oats
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Your Choice)

Top with: natural peanut butter, banana slices and ground flax seed!
