110 Calorie Strawberries & Cream Sandwich : Little Lunches

A couple months ago, I had posted examples of “little lunches”. Some of you have been asking me to share a couple recipes from those lunches. I will try to post all of the recipes you have requested. Here is one of the popular request.

Ingredients :

  • 1 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese (You could use regular) 
  • 2 Slices Whole Grain 40 Calorie Bread
  • 1/4 Packet Truvia (Any sugar substitute will work) You can also use real sugar if you’d prefer. 
  • 4 Large Strawberries. Sliced. 
Directions:
  1. Combine cream cheese and Truvia together. 
  2. Spread cream cheese onto both slices of bread. 
  3. Place strawberry slices on top of bread.
  4. Slice bread into triangles.

Nutrition: 110 Calories, 1g Fat, 20g Carbs, 7g Protein, 2g Fiber 6g Sugar
