Yesterday, I made a healthy apple pie. I mentioned keeping your apple peels for a smoothie. Here is the smoothie I made with the apple peels. Apple peels have tons of fiber and nutrients! Never let them go to waste. 

  • 2 Large Green Apple Peels
  • 1 Packet Truvia
  • 1/2 Medium Banana
  • 1/3 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (No Sugar Added)
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Blend on high!

Nutrition: 110 Calories, 0g Fat,22g Carbs,7g Fiber, 16g Sugar, 1g Protein
