Tonight after dinner, I stretched out my sore body from yesterday’s workout and went for a run. After running, I wanted something cold. I don’t keep ice cream in the house regularly, so I made some fr-yo. Fro-yo is a great way to kill your sweet tooth. It is also a great source of protein and calcium. You can make it in so many different flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Serving Chobani Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Packet Truvia
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Small Banana
  • 1 Tsp Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

-Mash banana.

-Add: mashed banana, vanilla extract, Truvia and yogurt together in a bowl.

-Put yogurt mixture back into Chobani container.

-Top with chocolate chips.

-Mix chocolate chips in.

-Freeze for 2 hours.
