After Workout Snack!

Gluten Free Vegan Unsalted Rice Cake (Whole Foods) With PB2 and Sliced Apples!

Today’s workout started out with a light 30 minute jog on the treadmill. After my jog, I did an express kick class for 30 minutes, then an express ab class for another 30 minutes.
