Lunch: Loaded sweet potato and apple sauce. Half a sweet potato (65 calories) + 1 tablespoon reduced fat sour cream (20 calories) + 1 strip of vegan smart bacon (20 calories) + 1 cup of all natural apple sauce (60 calories) = 165 calories

Healthy Fish Tacos with Chobani Cream Sauce Will need: 1 - 6 oz Package of Plain Chobani Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, 2-3 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro, 1 Lime, 1 Clove Garlic, 1lb Fresh Cod, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, Pinch of Cumin, 8 Corn Tortillas, 1 Cup Chopped Red Cabbage, 1 Avocado, 1 Roma Tomato, 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions (2 tacos per serving / makes 4 Servings) (May add more of less of some ingredients depending on taste preferences) 2 tacos - about 200 calories (low sodium, high protein!) To make the cream sauce, mix: 6 oz Plain Chobani Non-Fat Greek Yogurt 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro Juice from one lime 1 clove garlic (minced) To make fish: Bake 1lb fresh cod with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 pinch cumin (bake about 12-15 minutes per 1 inch fillet thickness @ 400 degrees Fahrenheit) Assembly: Add fish to corn tortillas and top with a spoonful of Chobani cream sauce, red cabbage, fresh avocado, sliced roma tomatoes, and chopped green onions. (Can add jalapeno peppers or more cilantro depending on taste preference) 2 tacos per serving, makes 4 servings. Sooooo good! (This recipe was inspired by the healthy lifestyle of Taralynn.
